Authorities in Abington Township are investigating a series of incidents at a local Target store, where a Philadelphia man is accused of secretly watching individuals inside restroom stalls, according to reports.
Police say Naphis Glover visited the store multiple times and, on at least two occasions, was observed looking into occupied restroom stalls. The incidents reportedly took place in December 2025 and again on January 10, 2026.
According to investigators, victims and witnesses alerted store employees after noticing the suspicious behavior. Target’s loss prevention team reviewed surveillance footage and later identified Glover. When he returned to the store on a subsequent visit, staff contacted police.
Abington Deputy Chief Ed Quinn said authorities have evidence supporting the allegations.
“In both cases, the victims reported that the suspect was trying to view them while in the stall,” Quinn said in an interview.
In the January incident, police say a man inside the restroom noticed someone looking over a stall and warned a child who was inside another stall. Both individuals later reported the situation to store employees.
Officials emphasized the seriousness of the alleged actions and the potential emotional impact on victims.
“There could be real psychological harm with these types of incidents,” Quinn added. “We are grateful to the victims for having the courage to come forward.”
Glover is now facing multiple charges, including invasion of privacy and harassment. Police say he is not currently in custody but is expected to appear in court in the coming days.
Investigators have not determined a motive and say it is unclear whether any photos or videos were taken.
Police are asking anyone who believes they may have been a victim or who has additional information to contact local authorities.
