Abington police charge man with possession of child sexual abuse material, according to police

A cyber tip led investigators to a Blue Bell residence and the seizure of electronic devices, authorities say

  • Public Safety

A Blue Bell man is facing serious charges following an investigation into child exploitation that began with a national cyber tip, according to authorities.

Quincy Jackson-Davis, 18, of the 100 block of Medinha Drive in Blue Bell, is facing multiple felony charges stemming from an investigation that began in January.

On Jan. 21, 2026, law enforcement received a tip tracing suspicious online activity from November 2025 to multiple IP addresses in the region.

One of the IP addresses was linked to Abington Friends School in Jenkintown, while others were traced to a residence on Medinah Drive in Blue Bell. According to investigators, a search warrant was executed on March 17 at the Blue Bell residence, where multiple electronic devices were seized.

Police also conducted a traffic stop nearby and recovered a cellphone from Jackson-Davis. According to court documents, an initial review of the phone uncovered two videos with two separate people that investigators identified as child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Officials say the online activity had been reported through a social media platform and flagged through national monitoring systems.

Jackson-Davis is being charged with Sexual Abuse of Children, and Criminal Use of Communication Facility, both felonies.

Bail was set at $20,000.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 26, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. before Magisterial District Judge Suzan Leonard.

All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
