Upper Dublin School District has named Dr. Tracey Lank as its new Director of Student Services. Dr. Lank officially joined the district on Feb. 17, 2026, following a transition period during which the department was led by Interim Director Dr. Marykay Feeley.
Dr. Lank comes to Upper Dublin from Chester Upland School District, where she served as Director of Special Education. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in education across multiple school systems, with a focus on supporting students’ access, participation, and success.
“I’m excited to join the Upper Dublin School District and support their ongoing work to ensure that every student has what they need to access, participate, and thrive,” Dr. Lank said. “I look forward to partnering with staff and families to foster inclusive, responsive practices that truly meet students where they are.”
In addition to her work in schools, Dr. Lank is an adjunct faculty member at Lehigh Carbon Community College. She holds an Elementary Education degree in Special Education from Delaware State University, a Master’s in Education in School Leadership from Wilmington University, and a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership and Innovation, also from Wilmington University.
Superintendent Dr. Laurie Smith praised Dr. Lank’s appointment, highlighting her “collaborative spirit, hands-on approach, and commitment to working closely with staff and families to support students and strengthen special education and student services programs.”
