Emergency crews responded to a vehicle accident after a driver reportedly crashed into a tree with multiple occupants inside the vehicle, according to reports.
The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon along the 700 block of Tookany Creek Parkway.
The car reportedly came to a stop just before reaching the creek.
Authorities reported that three occupants were inside the vehicle at the time of the crash. Medical treatment was declined at the scene.
Injuries are unknown at this time.
The accident has led to a traffic buildup near the intersection of Central Avenue and Ashmead Road as emergency responders work in the area.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area and seek alternate routes while crews remain on scene.
