The Montgomery County Coroner’s Office will hold its third annual Donate Life flag-raising ceremony on Wednesday, April 8 at 10:30 a.m. to honor organ and tissue donors during Donate Life Month.
The outdoor event will take place at the Coroner’s Office flagpole, 56 Eagleville Road, Eagleville, with an indoor backup in case of rain. The ceremony is held in partnership with the Gift of Life Donor Program.
Speakers will include Montgomery County Coroner Dr. Janine Darby, Pennsylvania State Representative Joe Webster, representatives from the Gift of Life Donor Program, and donor families or recipients.
The event aims to celebrate those who make organ, tissue, and cornea donation possible and encourage community members to register as donors.
