Abington residents will have a chance to support local education while enjoying a night at the ballpark next month, as the Abington Education Foundation hosts a community outing at Citizens Bank Park.
The event is scheduled for Thursday, May 7, when the Philadelphia Phillies take on the Oakland Athletics at 6:40 p.m. Tickets purchased through the event will seat Abington supporters together in Pavilion Sections 202–203 and Pavilion Deck Sections 302–303, creating a shared community experience.
A portion of each ticket sale will directly benefit the foundation. A $6 fundraising rebate fee will be added at checkout, with proceeds supporting the Abington Education Foundation’s programs and initiatives.

Tickets are subject to availability, and residents can purchase them using a designated event password. Organizers note that limits apply, with up to 12 tickets per person for weekday games.
For larger groups of 25 or more, special arrangements are available, including a welcome message on the Phillies’ auxiliary message boards during the game. Those interested in group sales or seeking additional information can contact the Phillies Group Sales Office.
The event offers Abington families, alumni, and community members an opportunity to come together in support of local education while cheering on the Phillies.
