Residents gathered in Abington Township Wednesday night to honor the life of Charlie Kirk and three police officers, Det. Mark Baker, Det. Sgt. Cody Becker, and Det. Isaiah Emenheiser, who were recently killed in the line of duty.
The vigil was planned by Joseph Rooney, an Abington resident and candidate for the local school board.
The vigil took place at the flagpole outside the Abington Township administration building, located at 1176 Old York Road. The gathering included multiple speakers who led attendees in prayer, reflection, and moments of remembrance.
