Christian Alexis Olivera Pacheco, 32, and Anthony Saldana, 26, both of Philadelphia, are facing felony charges related to thefts from CVS, according to police.

Officers from the Lower Moreland Police Department were dispatched to CVS, located at 670 Welsh Road, for a report that numerous cosmetic items had been discovered stolen from the store.

Security footage showed a Hispanic male enter the store on Aug. 14 at 10:41 a.m. and walk straight to Aisle 8, where cosmetic and beauty supplies are sold. Over the course of four minutes, the male is seen taking items off the shelf and placing them in his pockets and book bag, according to police.

The male then exited the store, bypassing all points of sale, and entered a white Hyundai Elantra that drove off the property.

According to police, the amount stolen of ELF and L’Oreal products was $1,634.

On Aug. 19, the Lower Moreland Police Department responded to another report of retail theft at CVS. Investigation revealed that it was the same male who entered the store, later identified as Olivera Pacheco, and the driver of the Hyundai Elantra, later identified as Saldana. The total amount stolen was $3,692.

On Aug. 21, police responded to another report of retail theft of beauty and cosmetic products at CVS. The description matched the same two males that had allegedly stole items from the store on previous occasions.

Police officers arrived at the store to find the two males in Aisle 8, whispering to each other and removing items from the shelf. Police conducted a search of the book bag, which revealed Revlon and ELF products worth $1,364.15.

Further investigation revealed that the two actors were responsible for the previous thefts, which totaled $6,690.15 on three separate occasions.

Olivera Pacheco and Saldana are facing felony charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property.

All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
