A van linked to Raymond Arbor Pengate, a Willow Grove-based material handling company located at 2465 Maryland Road, was involved in a deadly accident Friday afternoon in Northeast Philadelphia, according to 6ABC.

Authorities said two men, including the van’s driver, were pronounced dead at the scene, while a third person remains in critical condition.

"This is a horrific accident," said one bystander.

Investigators reported that the vehicle was traveling in the outer lane when it hit two pedestrians. The van then tipped onto its side, and Philadelphia firefighters had to free the driver from the wreckage.

The identities of the victims have not been released. Police continue to investigate what caused the crash, 6ABC reported.
