Colene Clark Bittone is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Culture at Clark Capital Management Group.
Mission Kids Child Advocacy Center has welcomed Colene Clark Bittone to its Board of Trustees, marking the next chapter in her family’s longstanding commitment to supporting children and families in Montgomery County.
Bittone, the Executive Vice President of Corporate Culture at Clark Capital Management Group, brings decades of leadership experience and a passion for building strong, compassionate communities. Since joining the Philadelphia-based investment firm in 1989, she has helped shape its growth through leadership in operations, client service, and administration. Today, she oversees initiatives that foster a culture of collaboration, wellness, and purpose, efforts that have earned Clark Capital repeated recognition as one of Philadelphia’s Best Places to Work.
A graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, Bittone says her focus on creating environments where people feel supported and valued extends naturally into her community work. “Mission Kids held a very special place in my stepmother Kina’s heart,” she said. “I’m humbled to follow in her footsteps and continue my family’s dedication to protecting children and giving them hope.”
Her stepmother, Kina Simeone Clark, served on the Mission Kids Board of Trustees before her passing, remembered for her compassion and steadfast advocacy. Colene’s father, Harry Clark, has also been a longtime supporter of the organization.
Mission Kids, which provides coordinated support for children impacted by abuse, is in the midst of a period of growth and expansion, preparing to open a new Child Advocacy Center and Regional Training Facility in 2026.
“Colene’s leadership and deep sense of community align perfectly with Mission Kids’ values,” said Leslie Slingsby, Chief Executive Officer of Services and Operations. “We’re thrilled to have her join our Board of Trustees as we continue strengthening our work on behalf of children and families.”
