Aaron Badeau, 35, formerly of Willow Grove, was arrested in Vermont following a coordinated law enforcement operation led by the Burlington Police Department and the federal Drug Enforcement Administration.
According to police, Badeau was found in possession of a felony quantity of suspected crack cocaine and is accused of intending to distribute the substance.
Badeau has prior arrests in Montgomery County. In 2018, he was charged in connection with a string of thefts in the Springfield and Jenkintown area. More recently, in 2023, Upper Moreland Township police arrested him for allegedly sending threatening messages that caused a victim to fear for their safety.

On September 30, 2025, at approximately 10:30 AM, the Burlington Police Department’s Drug Unit, Emergency Response Unit, and members of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) conducted a coordinated operation in City Hall Park. This operation was part of an ongoing drug investigation focused on suspected activity in the park, during which multiple controlled purchases of drugs have been made by the police since late August of 2025.
During the operation, officers arrested Aaron Badeau (35 YOA) of Burlington in City Hall Park. Badeau was found in possession of a felony amount of suspected “crack” cocaine which was packaged in gram and fractional gram quantities. Following his arrest, law enforcement executed a Vermont State search warrant at a residence Badeau was utilizing within Decker Towers as part of his illicit drug operation. Investigators seized additional quantities of illegal drugs from the residence.
