A motorcycle accident with injuries has traffic slowed along Limekiln Pike Saturday morning in Abington Township.
According to county dispatch, units were called at 11:21 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 4 for the report of a motorcycle accident. A female has reportedly been injured in the foot and hand. The accident is also blocking traffic on Limekiln Pike at Maple Avenue.
First responders from the Second Alarmers Rescue Squad and the Cheltenham Township Emergency Medical Service responded to the scene, among other rescuers.
More information will be posted as it is made available. Drivers are asked to avoid the intersection, as crews work to clear the scene. Traffic is blocked in the area.
