Donald Lee Clark, 73, of Philadelphia, is facing multiple felony charges after a Horsham homeowner discovered him standing in the foyer of their residence, following what police describe as months of ongoing harassment.

On Nov. 23, 2025, the Horsham Police Department responded to Pheasant Run after a caller reported that an unknown male had entered her home. As officers arrived, they located a white Lincoln MKZ in front of the residence, occupied by the suspect, later identified as Clark, who was detained and identified on scene.

The victim was found hysterically crying and visibly shaken, according to police. She told officers she had been upstairs and was coming down to lower the volume on her TV when she suddenly saw a man, Clark, standing inside her foyer. Terrified and fearing for her life, the victim immediately fled the home and ran to a neighbor’s house for safety.

According to the victim, Clark had been harassing her for weeks. She had already filed two recent police reports documenting unwanted gifts, packages, and love letters he sent to her home. The victim had repeatedly stated she had no communication or relationship with Clark and did not know how he obtained her address, according to police.

The victim told police that she briefly encountered him months earlier at a neighbor’s reunion, where she explicitly told him to stay away. She also told authorities that a few years ago, Clark had obtained her phone number and called her more than 80 times.

After being taken into custody, Clark admitted he went to the victim’s house to “confess his love,” acknowledged entering her home without being invited, and said he had never been there before. He also stated he obtained her address online and had sent the earlier items to her residence.

Clark now faces felony charges of burglary and trespassing, among other charges.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 16, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. before Judge Todd Stephens.

All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
