A Bryn Athyn man has been charged following an investigation that began when Snapchat reported two suspected images of child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, according to police.
According to a criminal complaint filed on Oct. 23, 2025, investigators traced the flagged Snapchat account, identified by the username “silly lesbo134," to 20-year-old Benjamin Jackson of the 3000 block of Buck Road. Subpoenas issued to Verizon and T-Mobile connected the account and phone number to the same address.
Authorities executed a search warrant at the residence, where Jackson allegedly admitted to operating the Snapchat account and trading illegal material. A forensic examination of his devices reportedly uncovered additional illicit content.
Jackson has been charged with multiple felony counts, including dissemination and possession of child sexual abuse material, and criminal use of a communication facility.
Jackson posted bail, which was set at $50,000.00.
A preliminary hearing Nov. 17, 2025, at 8:30 am before Judge Thomas P. Murt.
