Police searching for suspect who ripped down Pride Flag off resident's property

The Upper Moreland Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man accused of property theft. 

On June 9 at 11:26 a.m., a white male dressed in all black clothing approached a home on Horsham Road. The suspect then walked up to the victim’s property and ripped down a Pride flag before driving off in its Prius.
