RETAIL THEFT >> Two males who stole $258 worth of goods from Macy’s at the Willow Grove Park Mall at 5:53 p.m. July 9 are being charged with retail theft after the vehicle they were riding in was stopped and the items recovered, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A male stole $1,819 worth of goods from CVS, 835 Old York Road, at 10:15 a.m. July 12, police said.
THEFT >> A resident of the 1200 block of Jericho Road reported at 1:31 p.m. July 13 her security camera showed a male steal a package containing cat food from outside the victim’s front door, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A couple stole numerous items from Macy’s at the Willow Grove Park Mall at 11:11 a.m. July 14, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A female is being charged with retail theft after taking $305 worth of fragrances from Macy’s at the Willow Grove Park Mall at 12:29 p.m. July 14, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A male stole a chain valued at $7,000 from a jewelry kiosk at the Willow Grove Park Mall at 4:52 p.m. July 14, police said.
ASSAULT >> A female is being charged with assault after she allegedly struck a nail technician at Salon Tiffany II, 817 Old York Road, at 3:28 p.m. July 2, police said.
WEAPONS OFFENSE >> A male passenger in possession of a firearm with an unreadable serial number was taken into custody for a firearms violation following a vehicle stop for a suspended registration at 4:35 p.m. July 2 at the Willow Grove Park Mall, police said.
BURGLARY >> Jewelry valued at $10,000 was stolen during a burglary of a home in the 300 block of Keswick Avenue discovered at 12:40 p.m. July 3, police said. Entry was made by breaking a lock on a basement door, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A male is being cited for retail theft after taking $140 worth of goods from Target, 1495 Old York Road, at 3:23 p.m. July 4, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A male was taken into custody at 7:15 p.m. July 4 at a bus stop after stealing a Ninja air fryer from Target, 1495 Old York Road, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A male was stopped after attempting to steal $270 worth of goods from Target, 1495 Old York Road, at 4:32 p.m. July 5, police said.
AUTO THEFT >> A vehicle in the 1300 block of East Avenue was stolen between 2:47 and 7:39 a.m. July 7, police said.
BURGLARY >> An investigation is ongoing into a burglary reported at 11:31 a.m. July 7 in the 900 block of Pine Valley Circle, police said. A ladder was found next to a bedroom window that was broken out and the bedrooms were heavily ransacked, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A male stole $221 worth of goods from Fine Wine & Good Spirits, 935 Old York Road, at 12:40 p.m. July 8, police said.

RETAIL THEFT >> A female stole $85 worth of goods from Fresh Grocer, 1000 Easton Road, at 11:26 a.m. July 7, police said.
FRAUD >> A resident reported July 7 an ex-boyfriend, and his wife hacked into all the victim’s accounts, police said.
FRAUD >> A resident reported July 7 unauthorized transactions to the victim’s EBT card for $614, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A 26-year-old woman of the 8100 block of Williams Avenue, Philadelphia, was cited for retail theft at 3:39 p.m. July 7 after attempting to steal $53 worth of goods from Fresh Grocer, 1000 Easton Road, police said.
THEFT >> A resident of the 100 block of Boncouer Road reported at 5:20 p.m. July 7 an unknown male stole three packages valued at $100 from the front of the victim’s home after being delivered by Amazon, police said.
ASSAULT >> An assault on a female involving a firearm was reported at 10:42 p.m. July 7 in the 8200 block of Old York Road, police said. Investigation ongoing.
RETAIL THEFT >> Two females and a juvenile stole items valued between $50 and $200 from Wawa, 8250 Limekiln Pike, at 2:37 a.m. July 8, police said.
AUTO THEFT >> A white, 2018 Subaru Outback, PA tag LXA8037, was reported stolen at 7:27 a.m. July 8 in the 100 block of Maple Avenue, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> Ross Dress for Less, 3001 Cheltenham Ave., reported July 8 the store was investigating an employee retail theft, police said.
THEFT >> A wallet, containing $40 and credit cards, was reported stolen at 1:56 p.m. July 8 from a vehicle in the 1400 block of Thornberry Road, police said. Transactions totaling $650 attempted on the credit card were unsuccessful, police said.
THEFT >> A resident reported July 8 the victim’s children’s father stole her iPhone 11 valued at $300, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A 20-year-old male of the 7400 block of North 20th Street, Philadelphia, was cited for retail theft after taking $83 worth of goods from Wawa, 8250 Limekiln Pike, at 5:08 p.m. July 8, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> Two males stole between $50 and $200 worth of goods from Fine Wine & Good Spirits, 103 W. Cheltenham Ave., at 9:38 a.m. July 9, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A person stole bottles of liquor, valued at more than $200, and left in a gray Jeep Renegade at 12:39 p.m. July 9, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A male allegedly stole $1,000 worth of goods from Target, 2450 Shoppers Lane, at 4:20 p.m. July 9, police said. Investigation ongoing.
THEFT >> A 46-year-old woman of the 200 block of West Ruscombe Avenue, an employee at Target, 2450 Shoppers Lane, allegedly stole from the store’s safe July 9, police said. She was charged with felony counts of theft and receiving stolen property, online court records show.
WARRANT >> A 43-year-old man of the 1900 block of 74th Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested at 12:18 a.m. July 10 in the 400 block of North Broad Street on a Cheltenham warrant charging him with harassment, terroristic threats and indecent assault in connection with an April 14 incident, police said.
ASSAULT >> A 45-year-old woman of the 2900 block of North 26th Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. July 10 after allegedly cutting a male with a knife during an altercation at a home in the 2000 block of Mather Way, police said. She was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment and disorderly conduct, online court records show.
AUTO THEFT >> A white 2022 Honda CRV, PA tag MTG8061, was stolen overnight July 9 from the 700 block of Chelten Hills Drive, police said.
FRAUD >> A resident reported July 10 the victim’s email and personal information was breached online, police said.
THEFT >> A power washer, valued at $540, was reported stolen at 2:39 p.m. July 10 from the driveway of a home in the 7600 block of Brookfield Road, police said.
FRAUD >> A resident reported July 10 being scammed out of $7,000 in Bitcoin, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A 62-year-old Philadelphia woman was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property after taking items from Target, 2450 Shoppers Lane, at 7:36 p.m. July 10, police said.
ROBBERY >> Fresh Grocer, 1000 S. Easton Road, reported at 7:29 a.m. July 11 a known male stole items, and when confronted by the manager, threatened him with an unknown object and left with the items, police said. The thief was positively identified through previous photo and documentation, police said.
AUTO THEFT >> A 2017 black Nissan Altima, PA tag KPX9508, was reported stolen at 8:46 a.m. July 11 from the 4300 block of Brookview Place, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A group of juveniles stole $80 worth of goods from Wawa, 8250 Limekiln Pike, at 10:01 p.m. July 11, police said.
ATTEMPTED THEFT >> A resident of the 600 block of Woodland Avenue heard noise at 5:07 a.m. July 12 and found the passenger side rear window broken and part of the steering wheel ripped off in an attempt to steal the victim’s vehicle, police said. A suspect was last seen fleeing in a white sedan, police said.
AUTO THEFT >> A motorcycle was reported stolen at 12:17 p.m. July 12 from Executive Auto Body, 560 Cottman Ave., where the padlock on the fence had been cut, police said. Investigation ongoing.
RETAIL THEFT >> A 39-year-old woman of the 400 block of West Bringhurst Street, Philadelphia, was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property at 1:50 p.m. July 12 at Target, 2450 Shoppers Lane, after taking items valued between $50 and $200, police said. She also had warrants from Philadelphia and Montgomery counties, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> Two males stole items valued at more than $200 from Fine Wine & Good Spirits, 8156 Ogontz Ave., at 3:59 p.m. July 12 and left in a black Acura, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A 59-year-old Philadelphia man, of no known address, was charged with retail theft at 4:40 p.m. July 12 after taking between $50 and $200 worth of goods from Fine Wine & Good Spirits, 8156 Ogontz Ave., police said.
THEFT >> A resident of the 1400 block of Ashbourne Road reported July 12 not receiving a package from Amazon valued at more than $200, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A 37-year-old woman of the 7400 block of North 21st Street, Philadelphia, was cited for retail theft at 9:24 a.m. July 13 at Fresh Grocer, 1000 South Easton Road, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A Black male wearing a white shirt and gray pants accompanied by a white female wearing a gray tank top and black tights stole between $50 and $200 worth of goods from Walgreens, 1 Yorktown Plaza, at 1:52 p.m. July 13 and fled in a blue vehicle, police said.
THEFT >> A male operating a silver Ford pickup truck stopped in the street in the 7800 block of Spring Avenue at 2:35 p.m. July 13 and stole two packages valued at $90 from a porch, police said.
THEFT >> A Black male wearing a white T-shirt, light blue/gray shorts operating a light-colored pickup truck stole packages from the porch of a home in the 1200 block of Ansley Avenue at 2:45 p.m. July 13, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A 25-year-old Philadelphia man, of no known address, was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property at 2:44 p.m. July 13 after taking items valued between $50 and $200 from Target, 2450 Shoppers Lane, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A male juvenile and adult female were arrested at 4:09 p.m. July 13 after taking items valued between $50 and $200 at Target, 2450 Shoppers Lane, police said.
THEFT >> A male in his 20s was observed on ring camera stealing packages valued at $70 from the porch of a home in the 500 block of Elkins Avenue at 7:58 p.m. July 13, police said.
THEFT >> Packages valued at more than $200 were reported stolen at 10:38 a.m. July 15 from the front porch of a home in the 8000 block of Heather Road, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A male stole $294 worth of goods from Old Navy, 2401 Cheltenham Ave., at 2:15 p.m. July 15, police said.
WARRANT >> A 39-year-old man of the 500 block of Abbotsford Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested by Philadelphia police at 1:52 a.m. July 16 at 400 N. Broad Street on a Cheltenham warrant charging him with access device fraud, identity theft, forgery and receiving stolen property, police said.
AUTO THEFT >> A white 2019 BMW 540i, PA tag MGY5004, was reported stolen at 2:35 a.m. July 16 from the driveway of a home in the 200 block of North Bent Road, police said.
ATTEMPTED THEFT >> A vehicle in the7400 block of Woodlawn Avenue was found at 12:50 p.m. July 16 with the rear driver side window smashed out, the steering column missing and the ignition hanging from its wires, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A 57-year-old woman of the 800 block of South 57th Street, Philadelphia, was charged with retail theft at 2:58 p.m. July 16 after taking $76 worth of goods from Fresh Grocer, 1000 Easton Road, police said.
ID THEFT >> A resident reported July 16 an unknown person attempted to finance a vehicle using the victim’s identity, police said.
THEFT >> A resident of the 7700 block of Washington Lane reported at 3:22 p.m. July 16 the victim’s clothes, valued at $1,000, were stolen from the laundry room, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A 41-year-old man of the 5700 block of Wheeler Street, Philadelphia, was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property at 4:45 p.m. July 17 after taking $184 worth of goods from Old Navy, 2401 Cheltenham Ave., police said.
FRAUD >> A resident reported July 17 paying a roofing company a $11,000 deposit after which the company stopped responding, police said.
FRAUD >> A resident reported July 19 being a victim of ID theft, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A 33-year-old woman of the 200 block of Forest Avenue, Elkins Park, was cited for retail theft at 2:13 p.m. July 19 after attempting to steal $117 worth of goods from Target, 2450 Shoppers Lane, police said.
THEFT >> A package containing an Apple watch, valued at $429, was reported stolen at 2:47 p.m. July 19 from the Towers at Wyncote in the 8400 block of Limekiln Pike, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A female stole $121 worth of goods from Marshalls, 2401 Cheltenham Ave., at 3:06 p.m. July 19, police said.
RETAIL THEFT >> A 34-year-old woman of Wenonah, N.J., was charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property, false ID to law enforcement and resisting arrest at 9 a.m. July 20 after taking $98 worth of goods from Dollar General, 45 Cheltenham Ave., police said. She also had a warrant from Schuylkill County, police said.
ASSAULT >> An adult female reported at 11:16 a.m. July 20 being grabbed and threatened at the Conklin Pool, 15 E. Church Road, by a white male with blonde hair, age 35-40, and a Black female medium build, age 35-40, police said.
FRAUD >> A resident reported July 20, $3,000 was removed from the victim’s checking account and deposited in an unknown account with a different bank, police said.
