Man stopped in Abington with marijuana bags, digital scale, 15 painkillers, police say

Sean Anthony Lee, 20, of the 1000 block of Tabor Rd. of Philadelphia, has been charged with a felony count of manufacture, deliver, possess with intent to deliver a controlled substance, according to police.

The charges were brought on by the Abington Police Department after a traffic stop on Jan. 19 around 10:30 p.m. in the area of Easton and Woodland roads in the Rosyln section of Abington Township, according to police.

The suspect was driving a gray Dodge Durango when stopped and police smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle, according to police. During the traffic stop, police uncovered ½ lb. of marijuana, 15 percocet pills, two small bags of marijuana, a digital scale, and 35 empty jars, according to police.

According to the officer, “I believe Lee was in possession of the above items with the intent to distribute them.”
