Abington Township Police said that two men left a rental space in such disrepair and damage that felony charges have been filed against them both.

According to the Abington police, they were called to the 2500 block of Radcliffe Avenue in the Roslyn section of the township on Nov. 12, 2024, around 2:30 p.m. for the report of vandalism from prior tenants. Upon arrival, police said they spoke with the landlord who stated that her tenants had vandalized the apartment unit she was renting.

Donald Pierce, 62, of the 100 block of Second Street in Bridgeport, Pa., and Joseph Pierce, 59, of the 200 block of New Church Road in Bridgeport, Pa., are each charged with a felony count of criminal mischief for damaged property, as well as a misdemeanor charge of harassment. Police said that damages to the home included damage to appliances, which were glued shut, as well as lewd drawings of the woman and written threats on the back bedroom walls.

Estimated destruction was valued at $10,700, according to a police criminal complaint. Both men are awaiting a preliminary hearing scheduled for Feb. 13 at 10:15 a.m. before Magisterial District Judge John D. Kessler.
