Multiple fire agencies on scene of house fire in Cheltenham Saturday night

Multiple fire companies are on scene of a first-floor house fire on the 600 block of Foxcroft Road in Cheltenham Township Saturday evening.

Upon arrival around 7:42 p.m., crews found heavy fire on the first floor. 

By 8 p.m., the bulk of the fire was knocked down and heavy smoke was visible. Firefighters then began ventilation to aid in the extinguishing of the fire. 

Responding units include Elkins Park Fire Co., Jenkintown Fire Dept., Rockledge Fire Co., La Mott Fire Co., Narberth Fire Co., Cheltenham Township Emergency Medical Service, and Weldon Fire Co. air support.

There are no reported injuries. There are no reported occupants.
