Abington Police still searching for missing 17-year-old

The Abington Township Police Department is searching for Amelia Delbove, a 17-year-old female who left home from the 1800 block of Eckard Avenue on Jan. 24 without permission.

According to police, Delbove left a note stating her intentions not to return home. Delbove removed the Sim card from her cell phone. She has been entered as missing into The National Crime Information Center. 

Police describe her as: 

  • 5’6” tall, 
  • Weighs 250 lbs.,  
  • Long blonde hair, extensions, a nose ring, and two tattoos on her inner left arm (Infinity sign and Jasmine).
  • Typically wears oversized gray sweatshirt and sweatpants.

Anyone with information about Delbove is asked to immediately contact the Abington Township Police Department at 267-536-1100.
