The Bucks County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Michael Cummins, 50, after a judge issued a bench warrant when he failed to appear for a scheduled pre-trial conference tied to a previously entered guilty plea.
Authorities said Cummins is facing charges related to allegedly making a false statement in order to secure a home improvement contract at a residence on Woodland Road in the Roslyn area of Abington Township.
Anyone with information about Cummins’ location is encouraged to contact law enforcement. Tips may be submitted anonymously.
