Nasir Foreman, 19, of the 2100 block of N. 5th Street in Philadelphia, faces multiple felony charges stemming from an incident at a Willow Grove retail store, according to police.
On April 20, at 3:22 p.m., the Abington Township Police Department was contacted by Rally House, 2520 Moreland Road, located in the Willow Grove section of Abington Township, for a report of theft.
When police arrived and made contact with a male, later identified as Foreman, he attempted to evade arrest by running on foot to escape from officers.
The employee of Rally House stated that they observed Foreman select merchandise labeled for sale and concealed the items within a black trash bag. According to the police report, Foreman passed all final points of sale without attempting to pay for the items, according to police.
The total value of items was $1,018.
This is the second incident this month in which a theft of nearly $1,000 was reported from this Rally House location.
