The Abington Police Department is asking for the public's help in searching for a 12-year-old who has been missing since Friday, April 4.

Jada Segers left Abington Middle School last week at 3 p.m. and boarded her assigned school bus; however, she has not returned home.

It is believed that Segers may be with her biological mother, who is not the court assigned custodian of Segers. Segers’ biological mother’s last known address is on the 200 block of S. Felton Street, in Philadelphia.

Segers grandmother, who is her legal guardian, reported her missing and she has been entered into Law Enforcement databases.

Segers is a 12-year-old, black female, 5’0” in height, and weighs between 100 to 110 lbs., with black, long braided hair. Segers was last seen wearing a black top, black leggings, and black Crocs.

Anyone with any information that could help locate this juvenile is asked to contact Detective Joe Marrero at [email protected] or 267-536-1105.
