Justin Albert Henry Johnson, 27, of the 1500 block of Edge Hill Road in Abington Township, faces a felony charge of possession with intent to distribute, according to police.

On March 26, while patrolling the area of Township Line Road and Church Road in the Elkins Park section of Abington Township, an Abington Police Department police officer observed a black Chevrolet Impala traveling westbound on Township Line Road with a window tint on its side windows and read windshield, prohibiting the officer to see inside the vehicle, according to police.

A traffic stop was initiated, and the police officer found the following inside Johnson’s car:

  • One Glock 45 9mm handgun loaded with 15 9mm rounds
  • One booklet of Cannabis Sticker Labels
  • 19 empty green “Runtz” mylar bags
  • 61 empty large mylar bags
  • One black “Maxus” digital weighing scale, covered in suspected marijuana residue
  • Two packs of “Raw” rolling papers

Police discovered that Johnson’s permit to carry privileges had been expired since April 16, 2024.
