An incident at Huntingdon Pike at Rockledge Avenue was reported before 4 p.m. Friday
A multi-vehicle accident was reported in Abington Township during Friday’s evening rush hour.
Around 3:47 p.m., an accident with “at least three vehicles,” according to the county’s dispatch, was reported in Abington Township at Huntingdon Pike and Rockledge Avenue. Emergency medical services were required at the scene.
Around 4:04 p.m., the scene was reported as cleared, though drivers should use caution in the area.
Units from Bryn Athyn Fire Company’s Ambulance and Second Alarmers Rescue Squad were called to the scene for assistance.
