A car is on its side as a result of a vehicle accident in Abington Township this Monday morning.
According to county dispatch, a call for assistance was received around 10:58 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 30 in the area of Hamilton Avenue and Ferndale Avenue within the township. The accident was reported as one requiring "rescue" services, as a male was inside the side-turned vehicle.
Responding to the scene are Abington Fire Company, the Abington Township Police, and the Second Alarmers Rescue Squad among other first responders.
The condition of the man involved was not released at this time. More information will be posted as it is made available.
