An accident in Upper Moreland Township has left on car on its side and a person trapped on Saturday night.
According to dispatch notes, first responders were called to the 2300 block of Blair Mill Road in Upper Moreland Township on Saturday, Dec. 28 around 9:39 p.m. for a vehicle accident with need for a rescue. Witnesses at the scene said that a female was trapped in one of the vehicles involved.
Responding to the scene were two units from the Second Alarmers Rescue Squad, the Upper Moreland Township Police, and the Horsham Fire Company, among other first responders. Early reports stated that by 9:54 p.m., the female was extricated from the wreckage.
